Angela Evelyn Bassett (born April 15th, 1961) was an American actor. Her name has been praised for her film and TV performance since the 1980s. Her awards comprise two Golden Globe Awards, sixteen NAACP Image Awards as well as nominations for Academy Awards and Primetime Emmy Awards. Bassett grew up at Winston-Salem North Carolina, raised by an aunt in New York New York. Bassett as well as her younger sister at the age of five old, made the move away from the city of their birth to St. Petersburg to live with the mother of their separated father. Bassett was at the age of high school when she saw the James Earl Jones staring John Steinbeck play Of Mice and Men and realized that her desire to become an actor been born. Following her graduation of Yale University New Haven Connecticut in the year 1980, she earned the Bachelor's degree of African American Studies, she continued to pursue a Master's Degree (1983) from the Yale School of Drama. She was married in 1997. got married to Courtney B. Vance who was a fellow actor. Qualification: B.A. The Yale School of Drama granted a Master of Fine Arts in African American Studies to Angela Bassett back in the year 1980. She was a student at the institutions that she attended: Jordan Park elementary school, Disston Middle School for students in 7th grade, Azalea Middle School for 8th & 9th grades as well as Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett, who plays Ramonda the female protagonist in the adventure action film I. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022).
