Andrea Corr

Andrea Jane Corr MBE (born Andrea Jane Corr) is a singer-songwriter-musician and actress from Ireland. Corr made her debut in the year 1990. She was the lead singer of The Corrs, a Celtic folk rock and pop group The Corrs along with her three elder siblings Caroline Sharon and Jim. Andrea Corr is an Irish singer musician songwriter and actor. She has been awarded the distinction of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) and is more well-known as one of the Celtic folk and pop-rock band The Corrs. The singer also sings with The Corrs, and is able to play a range of instruments. Andrea began her career as an actress in the year 1991. Later, she became an actor and musician. She performed as a playback singer for the 1998 Warner Bros. animated film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea's studio album of six is complete with two compilation albums, three live albums and an album of remixes. Andrea has received awards for her work in the field of charity too. Andrea is married and has two children to her stockbroker. Andrea started her musical lessons with the tin whistle. Gerry helped her learn to play piano. Andrea is also an ukulele player. She spent most of her teenager years honing her music abilities. She worked alongside her sisters and brothers in order to sing for the group. Andrea attended 'Dun Lughaidh Convent frequently took part in school performances.
